Privacy policy.
What does OptiSite do with the information I send through this site?
We collect only what you type into the contact or booking form: your name, your practice name, your website address, your email, your phone number and the time you picked. We use it to reply to you, to check the website you gave us, and to confirm your meeting. We do not sell your information. We do not hand it to advertisers. There are no advertising or tracking cookies anywhere on this site. No patient health information is collected here at all. We delete inquiry records after 24 months, and you can ask us to delete yours sooner at any time.
Your Rights- No advertising cookies and no tracking across other sites

What this covers
This policy covers the OptiSite website at optisite.info and the information you send us through it. It is written for the practice owners and managers who contact us about our service.
It does not cover the websites we build for client practices — each of those has its own privacy policy — and it does not cover any patient information. We do not collect, receive, process or store patient health information through this site. Nothing on this site is a patient-facing form.
What we collect
Information you give us
Two forms on this site collect information, and both are optional — you can call us instead.
- The contact form. Your name, practice name, current website address, email, phone number, city and state, your role at the practice, and anything you write in the message field.
- The call booking form. Your name, practice name, email, phone number, current website address, the date and time you selected, your browser’s time zone, and any note you add.
Both forms include a consent checkbox. Ticking it is your agreement that we may review your current website and contact you about your inquiry.
Information collected automatically
Our hosting provider records the usual server details: IP address, browser type, and which pages were asked for. That is for security and to keep the site running. This site does not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, social media trackers or cross-site behavioural profiling.
Why we use it
- To reply to your inquiry and to hold the call time you booked.
- To run a WebReady360 accessibility and readiness audit of the website address you gave us, and to discuss the results with you.
- To send you the confirmation and calendar invite for a meeting you booked.
- To keep records of business inquiries and to meet our own legal and accounting obligations.
We do not use your information to make automatic decisions about you that carry legal weight.
We do not sell your information
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We have not done so in the preceding twelve months.
How long we keep it
Inquiries that do not become customers are kept for 24 months and then deleted. Customer records are kept while you are a customer, then for seven years after. Contract, tax and accounting rules require it. You can ask us to delete your information sooner — see below.
Your choices and rights
Whatever state you are in, you can ask us to:
- Tell you what personal information we hold about you and where it came from.
- Correct anything that is wrong.
- Delete it, subject to records we are legally required to keep.
- Send you a copy in a portable format.
- Stop contacting you — reply "stop" to any email or tell us on the phone.
In California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas and other states with privacy laws, these rights are written into law. That includes the right not to be treated worse for using them. We apply the same rights to everyone rather than sorting people by state.
To exercise any of these, email BWhitehouse@lunovus.com or call (800) 980-6551. We will respond within 45 days. We may need to verify your identity first, and we will only use what you give us for verification to verify you. An authorised agent may make a request on your behalf with written permission.
Security
This site is served over HTTPS with modern transport security. Form submissions are encrypted in transit and access to them is restricted to staff who need it. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise.
Children
This site is aimed at practice owners and managers. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the "last reviewed" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be noted at the top of the page for at least 30 days. This policy is reviewed at least every twelve months.
